Would you like to host the 2026 Unison Festival?

Does your chorus or city want to host the next Unison Festival in 2026? Now’s the time to let us know!

Choruses or cities are asked to signal their interest in bidding for the 2026 Unison Festival by sending a letter of intent to the Board of Directors of Unison Choruses Canada (“Unison”) by February 27, 2023.

Deadline for submitting early votes by email (one vote per member chorus)

In-person voting at Unison Festival in Halifax (one vote per member chorus)

Eligibility

Choruses must be members in good standing of Unison Choruses Canada in order to bid to host the festival.

Only choruses or cities that have completed this process will be scheduled to present bids at the April 15 roundtable. No last-minute bids will be accepted.

Announcement of host city

The winning host for the next Unison Festival will be announced at the Festival closing concert on Monday, May 22, 2023, in Halifax.
